Privacy and Security

To improve the usefulness of our Web site, we collect traffic information from our site's server logs. This information does not identify the visitor individually. The information we collect consists of:
- The name of the domain from which the visitor accesses the Internet (for example, "aol.com," if the visitor is connecting from an America Online account).
- The Internet Protocol number.
- The date and time that the page was visited.
- Some pages use cookies to maintain sessions or to automate navigation. We do not use cookies to collect personal information about our visitors.
Some pages use Javascript to collect Web page traffic activity and measure the performance of our servers and network. These scripts do not collect any personal information about our visitors.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those individuals who communicate with us via e-mail or who give us their e-mail address.
We collect information that those individuals who communicate with us via e-mail or who submit forms on our Web site voluntarily provide.
We use e-mail addresses and volunteered information to send news, notices of upcoming events, and tax information to those who request it.
We will not market the information we collect.
All Web-based forms that collect transaction payment or personally identifiable information are encrypted using appropriate privacy and security safeguards such as a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session or equivalent technology.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access to personal information to American Deer Classic employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Refunds/Cancellations:

Payment schedule before November 1, 2008. A $150.00 deposit per space plus electrical (if needed) is required to hold a specific booth. Electrical is $45.00 paid with deposit received prior to November 1, 2008. After November 1, 2008 half of the balance due plus $45.00 electrical (if needed) is payable until Dec 31, 2008.
After January 1, 2009, full payment plus electrical is required. Electrical ordered at the show is $60.00 and it may not be available at that late date. Liability Ins. Certificates should be submitted with initial payment.

CANCELLATION OF BOOTH SPACE: A sixty- (60) day written notice prior to the 1st day of the show is required for a full refund of any money paid. Cancellations with less than sixty - (60) days written notice would result in a 50% refund. Cancellation with less than 30 days notice would result in the forfeiture of any money paid. The Wildlife Heritage Association reserves the right to final booth determination and compatibility of exhibitors as it pertains to the character and best interests of the show and reserves the right to make changes subject to demand and space availability. The Wildlife Heritage Association reserves the right of refusal to all space rented and cancellation of displays, and/or exhibits with any company or exhibitor whose display, products, services or representations are deemed, in the sole opinion of the Wildlife Heritage Association, not to be in the best interests of the show or the Wildlife Heritage Association.
Delivery
We offer no delivery service. We do not deliver anything. Exhibitors purchase booth space from our show and we show them where their respective purchased space is located.
