The Shed Antler and Sporting Collectibles Auction will begin at 1:00 pm on Saturday January 30, 2010 as an additional event of the St. Louis Deer Classic.
The auction may run longer than show hours on Saturday but since the Auction is held in a separate room it will be allowed to run until all items are sold or until 8:00 p.m. that evening.
Items to be entered in the Auction can be brought in during show hours on Friday 3pm - 9pm and Saturday, 9am - 12pm. Bring items directly to the Auction Office.
Shed Antlers do not have to be scored to be entered in the auction but may bring a higher price if they have been officially scored and the score card is displayed with the Shed Antlers.
***Long guns only, pistols will not be accepted. Due to Federal Firearm regulations that require a 24 hour waiting period, Rifles and shotguns bought at the auction on Saturday can be picked up Sunday. Your firearm receipt will admit you free back into the building to pick up your purchase. You will also have free access back into the show before picking up your firearm. Guns will be the first items sold at auction and no guns will be accepted for auction once the auction starts.
The first three rows in the auction will be reserved for those with a bidding card. Married couples or business partners may be admitted to the reserved seating area with one bidding card.
