TOTAL Jamaica Limited on Tuesday relaunched its globally famous fleet management program, Total Card, an all in one postpaid convenience card taken at 65 service stations islandwide — including 10 associate stations outside the network that is Total.
Managing Director Dr Michael Faulkner said Total’s choice to relaunch Total Card underlined the French multinational’s obligation to keep Jamaica in line.
Robert Holdsworth, Total, business development manager, clarified that postpaid packages are tailored to match with customers’ needs, pointing to Silver, Gold and Platinum Card offerings.
Subscribers register for the card and are afforded an established monthly limitation to cover a mixture of shop, lubricants, fuel or other services including toll road payments for fleets.
Howard Henry, network supervisor, replying to queries from George Ledgister, general manager, Alfrasure Constructions, during a dynamic question and answer interaction section of the start, clarified that Total was offering fleet owners on established budgets wieldy credit.
Holdsworth, who pointed to some three emphasized total Card’s security characteristics -layer system — processor-established technology, a three-strike obstructing system inclusive of business and driver codes together with a digital windscreen license plate, which works in tandem with hand-held point of sale machines.
“So, fraud, as in somebody trying to use the card from which it’s delegated other, cannot work ” Holdsworth, with Total Card described.
Topping the card’s security attributes is realtime 24 hour call centre tracking to solve any problem that may appear.
